Ok, so I REALLY didn’t take care of myself these past two weeks…well maybe like 3 weeks…ugh..but today I finally worked out…it felt great! I’m just gonna keep working out and try and make healthier choices with food..That’s all I can do..I can’t do the Diet thing..just not working for me…and I feel like a failure every time I eat badly..soooo just gonna see where I get this way. Back on the 30 day shred! Hope I can keep it up!

30 day Shred is probably one of my favorite workouts…even though it kicks my butt and I wanna stop halfway through…I always continue…and feel so much stronger afterwards…
I’ve had a lot of family obligations lately…so hopefully next week I can really kick it into high gear…without having to stop..
